Stall Holders Information

HOW BIG ARE THE STALL SPACES?

Street stall spaces are all approximately 4m wide x 3m deep. Stall holders must set up within the allocated stall space.

CAN I GET A POWERED SITE?

Powered sites are only at the discretion of the market organisers. Please contact us to discuss. An electricity subsidy will be payable.

WHAT TIME CAN I SET UP?

For street stalls, set up is from 5:30am to 7:30am on Easter Saturday.

For School of Arts Hall stalls, set up is either from 5:30am to 7:30am on Easter Saturday or on Good Friday from 3pm to 5pm only.

Stall holders will not have vehicle access to stalls from 7:30am until after the market closes at 3pm. Any stall holder who has not entered the market area by 7:30am will be turned back and stall fees are not refundable.

CAN I PARK NEARBY?

Stall holder parking is available. All stall holders will be sent information about where to park closer to the date.

HOW DO I BOOK A STALL SPACE?

The 2024 Market was a sellout.

You have two options to book a stall space.

Option 1 - Book a stall online.

a) book and pay for a stall space immediately online by selecting the required stall, add to your shopping cart and pay with a credit card. You will receive your receipt at the time of booking the stall.

b) please email documents for the required public liability insurance and food authority (if required) with a reference to the receipt number given to you in step a).

Option 2 - Application Form

a) please download the application form located HERE. The 2024 Market was a sellout.

b) print, complete the required details and return via email to the address on the form

c) deposit the stall holder fee to the bank account on the form

d) email required public liability and food authority (if required) documents as per the application form. A receipt will be sent to you at a later date.

Please note that the organising committee may not be able to grant you a stall if your products are similar to existing stalls in order to maintain a healthy market mix. This is also the case with food and coffee as we only have limited number of such stalls on offer.

Please note the organising committee has set a maximum of 180 stalls. We will endeavor to locate previous stall holders in the same position, if possible, but some stall holders may not be able to secure the same site they may have held previously.

WHAT DOES A STALL SPACE COST?

The stall holder fees for the 2024 market are:

  • All General Street stall spaces $300

  • Undercover stall spaces in School of Arts Hall $320

  • All Food / Coffee stall spaces $350 (plus a $25 electricity subsidy which goes directly to the local Burrawang home owner from whom you are accessing their electricity)
